ACME Solar – ACME Solar’s subsidiary has raised ₹3,892 crore from SBI to fund a 400 MW renewable energy project with battery storage in Barmer, Rajasthan that why its is included in our Stocks to Watch September 12 2025.. The project is contracted with NHPC at ₹4.64/unit. This is SBI’s first financing of ACME’s firm and dispatchable renewable projects. Adani Power – Adani Power (ADANIPOWER) received an additional Letter of Award from MP Power Management Company for 800 MW supply under the greenshoe option. This takes its total capacity awarded to 1,600 MW at Anuppur, MP, with a ₹21,000 crore investment. The project involves two ultra-supercritical thermal units to be commissioned in 60 months. Consolidated Construction Consortium (CCCL) – CCCL secured fresh orders worth ₹180 crore in its Buildings & Factories division. These include commercial and industrial projects in Kochi, Tamil Nadu, Bengaluru, and Mysuru. With this, its total order book has reached ₹652 crore.
Kalpataru Projects International (KPIL) – KPIL bagged new orders worth ₹2,720 crore across transmission & distribution and building projects in India and abroad. This takes FY26 order inflows to ₹12,620 crore. Kalpataru share news stays strong on steady inflows.
NBCC (India) – NBCC has signed an MoU with RIICO to develop the Rajasthan Mandapam and allied projects near Jaipur Airport, valued at ₹3,700 crore. NBCC will act as the exclusive executing agency.
RailTel – RailTel received a ₹20.06 crore order from Central Railway for telecom system integration on the Panvel–Karjat suburban corridor. This strengthens RailTel’s role in railway modernization.
Travel Food Services (TFS) – TFS bagged a 5-year (extendable) LoA from Cochin Airport to operate F&B outlets, a lounge, and a bar. The contract covers 11 QSR outlets and a lounge at Terminal T1. With this, TFS expands its footprint to 14 of India’s top 15 airports.
Prostarm Info Systems – Prostarm received a Letter of Intent worth ₹158.68 crore from Maharashtra Police for its CCTNS IT infra project. Work includes supply, commissioning, and maintenance of systems across police establishments over 5.5 years.
🤝 MoUs & Strategic Agreements
Bharat Forge – Bharat Forge signed an MoU with UK-based Windracers to deploy ULTRA UAV drones for logistics use by the Army, Navy, and Air Force.
Kalyani Strategic (Bharat Forge arm) – Kalyani Strategic signed a deal with UAE’s GRADEONE to supply 155mm artillery barrels, marking the first such export to the UAE. Bharat Forge share price may be in focus today.
Apollo Micro Systems – Apollo Micro’s subsidiary signed an MoU with US-based Dynamic Engineering at DSEI London to co-develop rocket motors for BM-21 Grad rockets. Local production in India is expected by 2026.
Zaggle – Zaggle updated its master agreement with Blinkit to provide more fintech features on its Zoyer platform, strengthening the partnership.
💰 Acquisitions & Investments
JBM Auto – JBM Auto’s EV subsidiary has secured a $100 million (₹835 cr) investment from IFC to deploy 1,455 electric buses in Maharashtra, Assam, and Gujarat under the PM e-bus scheme. This is IFC’s largest e-bus investment globally. JBM Auto stock news may trend today.
Vinati Organics – Vinati Organics invested ₹30.68 crore into Veeral Organics (its wholly owned subsidiary) by subscribing to 3.06 crore new shares. The funds will support specialty chemical expansion.
🏥 Expansions & Projects
Infosys – Infosys signed a 10-year strategic deal with HanesBrands Inc. to modernize global IT and data systems using its AI-first platforms like Topaz. Separately, Infosys approved a ₹18,000 crore share buyback at ₹1,800 per share. Infosys share buyback news will keep the stock in focus today.
Lodha (Macrotech Developers) – Lodha signed an MoU with Maharashtra Govt to build a ₹30,000 crore Green Integrated Data Centre Park at Palava, powered by green energy. It will create 6,000 jobs.
JSW Infrastructure – JSW Infra’s subsidiary acquired a brownfield rail siding at Kudathini, Karnataka for ₹57 crore. It will be developed into a ₹380 crore Multi-Modal Logistics Park with freight and container facilities.
JSW Energy – JSW Energy commissioned 317 MW of renewable capacity in August 2025 (240 MW hydro, 43 MW wind, 34 MW solar). With this, total capacity reached 13,097 MW, of which 57% is renewable. JSW Energy renewable capacity expansion adds growth visibility.

Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) – IOB cut MCLR rates by 5 bps across tenors, with overnight MCLR now at 8.00%. New rates apply from Sept 15.
IREDA – IREDA raised ₹453 crore via its second perpetual bond issue at 7.70%. The issue was oversubscribed 2.7 times, strengthening Tier-I capital.
NLC India – NLC appointed PKF Sridhar & Santhanam LLP and Sundaram & Srinivasan as joint statutory auditors for FY26, approved by CAG.
Oil India – Oil India approved a 50:50 JV with Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Nigam for renewable projects and transferred assets to its green subsidiary OIL Green Energy.
Prostarm (Investor Meet) – Prostarm will participate in Valorem CXO Meet on Sept 15 to outline expansion in battery energy storage and global growth.
Cohance Lifesciences (Suven Pharma) – Cohance’s API Unit-1 in Andhra Pradesh passed a USFDA inspection with zero Form 483 observations. Clean audit supports its global supply business.
